I purchased a Lowrance 334c from Cabelas for the Sea Turd. Last years model, but a good deal at $579, with free shipping + a 20 dollar off coupon. Then I took my Gander gift certificates and got the Hotmaps SD card.
Also went to Tractor Supply and repalced my trailer wheels and tires - long overdue. I've read you shouldn't use them over 5 years, no matter how good the tread is... mine were 20 yrs old.
I'm broke, but happy. |

Muskeye gave me all kinds of grief, over the impending sale of the 68c... LOL When I sell it, he'll get first shot at it, since he's been my fishing partner for twenty+ years now. He needs a new unit compatible with his recently purchased Terrova . Jeez, I've been with him longer than my wife, and she says we even act like an old married couple.  Heck, 95 percent of the time we talk it's about fishing, my favorite topic. But when she's sitting next to me in the living room, all she sees is my eyes get wide and I get louder and more animated...
I think she's starting to worry! |

From Finatic's description of our long friendship I feel like I should say something along the lines of..."If he'd just put down the toilet seat and truely listen to me and try to understand me our relationship would be much stronger"...Show me how to put on this bobber stop again.
