Muskeye n me have been discussing the idea of getting a bait runner spinning reel for some time now, and I used a Christmas gift certificate to purchase a new Shimano 4500b. The reel is available at Cabelas for $109 this year.
I spooled it up and played with the bait runner option a bit - I can't wait to try it on the water. It has a separate adjustable drag for the baitrunner. |

I have a couple of Okuma Avenger ABF-65's that have the bait feeder system also. If your Shimano is anything like the Okuma, you will really enjoy the reel. _________________ Northeast Ohio Catfish Angler's Tournament Series

| I have the Okuma, also. I like the feature but haven't gotten a good fish on it yet to try it out. 1 pounders just don't make it work.. |
