| im goin to twin lakes in the morning to launch my little boat for the first time, what should i be fishing for? bass? saugeye?etc and what should i be using? |

I've used white twisters for saugeye, sometimes I put a live minnow on with the twister or without. Can't say I really ever tore them up though, I just catch a few.

| Welcome to the site. I can't really say that I have fished for too much on Osahy other than catfish. Well, bluegill too for bait. I would try some drifting this time of year, or any other time for that matter. It's one of my prefered methods. There are usually a lot of shad back in the tiwn lakes area, so I would probably start drifting the flats in there on the down wind bank and then try out in the main lake. The east bank has some real nice flats, not too far from the mouth to twin lakes. Let us know how you do. |

| we went out onto twin lakes, it was really cold lol...i hooked into a 2 pound flat and a pound channel that was it...the water needs to get a little warmer especially for me |
