Just spent the last 2 evenings at Hoover and still no fish yet this year. I wasn't out really long and I didn't have the boat out, so I was pretty limited to the locations I cold fish. I basically fished a cove of of Old 3C and I got one bite. Shad were in the coves by the hundereds, but no cats.
Water was up pretty good still and still stained. Not sure how long it will be till it clears up.
I have never really fished Hoover before so if anyone has any tips, they would be greatly appreciated. |
