NEOCATS Scholarship Program
The Northeast Ohio Catfish Angler’s Tournament Series (NEOCATS) is offering an undergraduate scholarship program in 2008. This is a one-time award of at least $500.00 but may increase. The recipient will be selected based on merit and financial need. Applicants will be required to write three short essays pertaining to their area of study, what they as an individual can do to help conserve our natural resources, and why they should receive this award. A panel of journalists and outdoor enthusiasts headed by Catfish Gold managing editor Luke Clayton will judge applications. To receive an application and eligibility requirements, send a request to neocats1@yahoo.com or call Jeff Arrington at (330) 874-4455. Application deadline is September 1, 2008
